If a case is created in Cliniko it would create a Ticket (and the appointement(deals) would be linked to that ticket for reporting and case management purposes
  • Eg Knee Pain Case - 8 sessions required funding model DVA
  • This would allow case potential revenue versus released case revenue as an important link between the sales and clinical teams.
