From Rachel @ Elite Performance Center: Currently, when a Shopify Customer is found in Mindbody during the checkout process it does not update any customer data from Shopify to Mindbody it just finds the customer and posts the sale to the found customer in Mindbody. Would like to have the option to update customer data from Shopify in Mindbody when the existing customer is found in Mindbody.

Requested by GiJeuk-Sedona Mago Center When someone selects to make payments over time in Donor Perfect, the first payment goes into 'gifts', and then DP auto adds it to 'pledges', essentially creating a duplicate entry which is then transported to Hubspot. Could 'pledges' be removed from the automation? Summary: To have the ability to either sync pledges as deals or not to sync them. These 2 fields 'pledge_payment' and 'plink'are not currently part of the sync data and might be useful to use to filter off of.

Requested by Chris Carr: If a case is created in Cliniko it would create a Ticket (and the appointement(deals) would be linked to that ticket for reporting and case management purposes Eg Knee Pain Case - 8 sessions required funding model DVA This would allow case potential revenue versus released case revenue as an important link between the sales and clinical teams.

When the "Liability Release Waiver" indicates that is has been acknowledged in Mindbody then include this field with the sync from Mindbody client to Hubspot Contact Eva @ UCRYO
